Class 1 Bulk Powder Driver

Overview

Turners (Soham) Ltd is the UK’s largest privately owned transport Company. We are looking to recruit LGV Class 1 Bulk Powder Drivers based out of Newport Docks.

Responsibilities

As a professional driver, you will demonstrate skill, professionalism, and excellent customer service. You will develop close working relationships with planning, training, and other drivers. The role is tramping, requiring nights out, occasional weekend work, and flexibility in start and finish times. Shift pattern is Monday to Friday with nights out, up to five nights per week. You must comply with Tachograph & Working Time Directive regulations.

Qualifications

• Full HGV Class 1 licence (new passes considered)
• Driver CPC & Tacho Card
• 35 hours CPC
• Good knowledge of written and spoken English
