As a key member of the Estimating team, you'll report to the Estimating Manager and engage in full estimating services for varied projects. Your responsibilities will include quantity takeoffs, managing subcontractor relations, and preparing detailed proposals. Your ability to work with multiple stakeholders will be crucial for project success and timely estimations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare accurate estimates and quantity takeoffs
• Confer with Engineers and Architects on adjustments
• Mentor junior team members in estimating practices
• Manage supplier relations effectively
• Document and maintain risk mitigation strategies
Requirements:
• 10+ years in estimating within the construction sector
• Degree in Engineering or a related Technical discipline
