Issue demand letters to the third partyCheck and correct information in the system (IIA)Prepare documents to be sent to outsource providersEnter data and send requests for vehicle registration and civil registration information of the third partyRecord receipt of payments in the system (IIA)Close claim cases when the third party cannot be contactedPrepare information for payment processing (in cases where the outsource provider can claim, and/or for expenses related to obtaining vehicle and civil registration information)Attach documents obtained from vehicle and civil registration searches to the claim filePerform other tasks as assigned by the supervisorBachelor’s degree in any fieldHonesty, perseverance, and negotiation skillsAttention to detailCommitment and integrity in work
