Claims Phone Representative

**Overview**

Enterprise Mobility is seeking **remote Claims Phone Representatives based in Tennessee** to join our team!

When damage occurs to our company property - primarily our rental vehicles - the Damage Recovery Unit works to recover costs for those damages. **Phone Representatives** are responsible for receiving incoming calls from renters, third parties, credit card companies, and insurance companies and directing the call to the appropriate person or taking the necessary information. Claim files are handled with specialized functions, like the Phone Representative, flowing from one person to the next for completion.

**Please note: To be considered, applicants must currently reside in the state of Tennessee.**
