To survey and assess the Claim Application and Making Reports/ Assessments for the losses To determine whether the Claim is genuine or not and ensure damaged vehicle is surveyed To process and settle the claims Negotiate total loss settlements utilizing company valuation fairly and reasonably to serve both customers and company needs Regularly review customer policies and resolve coverage issues with speed and accuracy. Issue payments or deny a claim in a timely manner in accordance with Policy conditions.
