Key Relationships: Group Claims Management Team, Claims Team Leaders (“CTLs”), Claims Focus Group Leaders (“FGLs”), Claims Vendor Account Management (“VAM”), Underwriting & Claims Operations (“UCO”), Underwriters, Ceded Reinsurance, clients, brokers, and key external vendors.
