The Role

You'll manage a portfolio of recovery claims from start to finish, identifying opportunities to maximise recoveries while keeping customers informed every step of the way.

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing a caseload of recovery claims efficiently and proactively
• Identifying and pursuing recovery opportunities to maximise outcomes
• Liaising with insurers, third parties, and solicitors
• Negotiating settlements and progressing claims to resolution
• Keeping accurate records and ensuring compliance with processes
• Delivering a high standard of customer service throughout
