Role Summary and Purpose
The Claims Handler, Property is responsible for managing volume claims across the commercial property portfolio.
The Claims Handler, Property works closely with rest of the First Party claims team and reports to the First Party Claims Manager.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
Manage commercial property claims within specified financial authority limits from notification to resolution.
Engage and provide instructions to panel loss adjusters, builders, others trades and lawyers as required
Thoroughly investigate and assess claims to ensure appropriate strategies are implemented and pursued.
