Join Samsung Electronics as a Claims Administrator responsible for verifying incentives and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to resolve queries.
About the role:
Communicating with customers and sales teams for all claim-related issues Review and finalise outstanding claims and unpaid claims Review and endorse the terms and conditions of any sales deduction promotion requests Guide customers on the “What & How” when submitting a claim Provide full reconciliation calculations for any rejected invoice and or partial rejection. Provide customers with the payment details such as credit note number, rejection reconciliation and/or required information Ensure that all claim enquiries and requests are reviewed in line with the company’s claim manual, policies and procedures Answer queries regarding the verification and processing of claims About you:
