Claims Adjuster – International Casualty

Location: London (Hybrid). Full time, Employee.

Purpose: Deliver exceptional claims service by managing complex international casualty claims, assessing coverage, investigating and resolving claims, negotiating with stakeholders, and providing technical support.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of the Claims strategy to enable delivery of overall business targets.
• Investigate and resolve complex Claims of a specialist nature, ensuring a high-quality service with minimal leakage.
• Identify and investigate coverage issues to ensure the company’s liability aligns with contractual commitments.
• Identify subrogation, contribution and other recovery issues and pursue them where appropriate.
• Manage disputed Claims and other material Claims issues to resolve and settle claims on an economic basis.
