Claims Account Administrator

Responsibilities

• Reporting new claims to insurers
• Following up with insurers on closing notices
• Entering new claims into Epic
• Attaching updates of claims into Epic
• Liaising regularly with insurers to request claim statements and log details into Epic
• Running monthly reports to track loss ratios with various insurers
• Notifying the Claims Manager of any large losses or circumstances that could lead to a large loss
• Assisting with internal quality control reviews
• Other duties, as required
