Claim Officer Intern

General Description Logistic Claim Officer Intern will gain hands on experience in managing the end-to-end claim process, including analysis, investigation, and follow-up with partners to ensure timely feedback in line with SLA.

This role also handles issue resolution within the defined SLA.

Additionally, the Claim Officer Intern will assist in monitoring claim transactions, performs payment reconciliation, manages billing and collection to partners, and ensures timely claim payments to users.

The role works closely with Sales, Customer Service, and Technology teams to improve the claims process and overall efficiency.
