Summary:

This resource will manage the entire procedure
of processing & managing all claims of tyre division in the field.
Job Responsibilities:

1. Monthly claim visit plan in coordination with ZSM and approved by RSM
2. Claim process initiation and coordination with HO and Factory
3. Inspection and preparation of claim report, sent to ZSM/RSM & dealer visit to share claim detail
4. Preparation of weekly claim report - Dealer wise both Tyre and Tube
5. Any other assignment and/ or responsibility given by management

Education: Bachelor's
degree with 2+ years relevant experience

Knowledge &
Technical Skills: Knowledge of claims and tyre division, influencing skills,
aggressive follow-up

Business Understanding:
Basic Knowledge of Tyre Market
