CIVIL WORKING FOREMAN

Our client is a well‑established civil contractor delivering excavation, underground utilities, and road construction projects across the Lower Mainland. They’re looking for a strong Working Foreman who can lead from the front — someone equally at home in the trench and running a crew.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead a crew of 4–10 labourers, operators, and trades on civil construction sites
• Read and interpret civil drawings, grade sheets, and project specifications
• Coordinate daily work plans with the Project Manager and Superintendent
• Enforce and model safe work practices in accordance with WorkSafeBC regulations
