Civil Superintendent (Madrid)

We are looking for a Civil Superintendent based in our Madrid offices, with availability to relocate to the United States for a project to be carried out in Kentucky.

Overview of the Position (Mission)

Assist together with the Civil Superintendent in the planning, design, organization and supervision of the construction of the civil part.

Responsibilities

• Help with the closing of civil works subcontracts (measurements, price review, specifications).
• Progress control of the different units.
• Organization and review of the work of civil works subcontractors.
• Preparation of weekly progress reports for the different civil works units (foundations, fencing, roads, trenches, and earthworks).
• Update engineering drawings using CAD (As built), if necessary.
• Confirm the invoices of the different subcontractors.
