Key Activities & Responsibilities:
To prepare and discuss with the Project Team (ProjectDirector/Project Manager and Project Engineering Manager) and the Head ofDepartment the execution strategy of the project (including the project schedule)and assure its application throughout the entire project life. For specifictopics involving high level of expertise, Civil Project Leader is assisted byGroup Leaders; To cooperate and coordinate with the Project EngineeringManager and the other Civil Project Leaders to create and maintain the projectprocedures, guidelines and standards; To assure the coordination of the activities of the disciplineregardless the location and distribution of the engineering centersguaranteeing the consistency of the documents with the contract, the respect ofthe time schedule, the implementation of the contract requirements, thecompliance of the assigned budget (both cost and man-hours) and the quality ofthe deliverables und...
