Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure timely project execution.Monitor contractors, labour, and subcontractors to ensure quality and safety standards.Check drawings, plans, and quantities for accuracy of calculations.Oversee material management ensure proper use and prevent wastage.Coordinate with architects, consultants, and vendors for smooth workflow.Maintain daily site reports, progress updates, and documentation.Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and RERA/municipal guidelines.Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues as they arise.
