RESPONSIBILITIES/REQUIREMENTS:
A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school and admission to the New York State Bar.At least 5 years of experience handling the defense of Automobile and Premises Liability cases in the State of New York.Ability to draft and argue dispositive motions, perform legal research and respond to discovery requests.Prepare comprehensive written status reports for insurers.Previous experience taking and defending fact witness and expert depositions independently.Prior ADR experience handling arbitrations and mediations.Taking and defending depositionsPreparing and filing dispositive motionsPrior ADR experience handling arbitrations and mediationsAbility to prepare comprehensive status reports for insurers WE OFFER:
