CIVIL FOREMAN

Evolve Talent are partnering with a well-established and growing earthworks contractor delivering high-end excavation and civil projects across the southern Gold Coast, from Burleigh to Coolangatta. With a strong pipeline of work and a reputation for quality delivery, this is a long-term opportunity for an experienced Foreman who can lead crews and keep projects moving.

You’ll oversee crews working across:

• Bulk earthworks
• Excavation & trenching
• Basement digs & pads
• Site preparation
• Final trim
• Civil and utility works

About the Role:

• Manage operators, labourers, subcontractors & plant
• Coordinate daily site activities and schedules
• Read plans and manage levels/grades
• Liaise with builders, project managers & clients
• Ensure projects are delivered safely and efficiently
• Maintain productivity and site standards
