• 7–15 years in civil construction projects.
• Experience in hyperscale, colocation, or enterprise data centers.
• Knowledge of Tier III/Tier IV data center standards.
• Experience working with EPC contractors and mission-critical facilities.
• Execute civil works for data center construction projects.
• Coordinate site activities involving excavation, foundations, RCC works, structural steel, masonry, flooring, waterproofing, and finishing works.
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Monitor project schedules and track progress against milestones.
