Under supervision, serves as a Civil Engineer Intern in the Bridge Management Section of the Bureau of Bridge Maintenance, Inspections, and Operations, Division of Bridges. The Division is responsible for the safety, reliability, and long-term serviceability of New York City's bridge infrastructure. Within the Division, the Bridge Management unit connects operational findings (inspections, load ratings, asset inventory) with long-term capital planning to determine which bridge structures require rehabilitation, replacement, component repairs, or special monitoring.

The intern will support the initial implementation, data verification, and effective use of AASHTOWare Bridge Management (BrM) software, helping to maintain accurate bridge inventories, condition tracking, and asset management documentation. Thi...
