Responsibilities

• Carry out civil design, construction monitoring and project management across all stages of the project lifecycle.
• Design and supervise grading, drainage, roading and utilities projects.
• Lead design of small to medium projects in a multidisciplinary environment.
• Manage project commercials and work directly with clients.
• Administer contracts and ensure compliance with Beca’s Health & Safety system.
• Support and develop junior team members.
• Accommodate part‑time roles to support work‑life balance.
