Summary You will serve as a Civil Engineer (Lead Commodity Engineer) in the Utilities and Energy Management of NAV FACILITIES ENGINEERING COMMAND SE. Responsibilities You will serve as the lead engineer for water and waste water production, transmission and distribution systems for NAVFAC Southeast's area of responsibility. You will develop engineering project scopes to ensure projects are justifiable and support the mission and operational requirements of the command. You will analyze new or current processes to identify potential problems and recommend solutions You will investigate process improvement opportunities to make recommendations for enhancements in utilities management.
