Job Description
Our Client, an Energy company, is looking for a Civil Engineer II for their Jackson, MI location. Responsibilities:
+ Develop, update, and maintain Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure (SPCC) plans for substation facilities in compliance with EPA 40 CFR Part 112.
+ Analyze engineering materials including site drawings, blueprints, aerial imagery, survey reports, and topographical data to support SPCC planning.
+ Design and perform calculations for stormwater management and oil containment volumes.
+ Create and revise facility diagrams using CAD and other design software to reflect SPCC requirements.
+ Conduct field investigations and site visits to verify compliance with SPCC plans and ensure implementation of engineering controls.
