The Civil Engineer prepares comprehensive design plans, performs stormwater management analysis, and ensures full compliance with New York State and New York City regulations and permitting requirements. The position involves close collaboration with internal teams, contractors, architects, and regulatory agencies to deliver high-quality, constructible civil engineering solutions.
