Civil Engineer / Architect

We are seeking a licensed or experienced Engineer/Architect who is knowledgeable in processing building permits and coordinating with government agencies. The role involves handling project documentation, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting site and office operations.



Key Responsibilities:

-Process and secure necessary permits (Building Permit, Occupancy Permit, etc.)

-Coordinate with LGUs, government agencies, and regulatory offices

-Prepare and review technical documents, plans, and specifications

-Ensure project compliance with local building codes and regulations

-Assist in project planning, site inspections, and progress monitoring

-Prepare reports such as weekly/monthly project updates

-Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams

-Review and assist in Bill of Materials (BOM) / Bill of Quantities (BOQ)

-Support documentation for project turnover and completion
