Civil Engineer

Job Purpose: Responsible for planning, executing, and supervising civil engineering projects to ensure structural integrity, safety, and compliance with project requirements. Key Responsibilities: • Proper understanding of project execution considering the following: o Contract Documents, Specifications, BOQ, DWGs, etc. o Execution budget, cost monitoring. o Work Breakdown structure analysis, generating execution schedule timeline. o Material take off, Subcontractor selection. o Scope compliance, and quality assurance. o Adherence to safety concept. o Communicate with Consultant, and client representatives. o Documenting all executed and handed over activities. o Prepare and finalize MIRs, IRs, and FRIs. o Prepare workshop, and As built DWGs. o Ability to differentiate any added scope, document it to get it approved reflecting additional works to be considered. o Ability to cost estimates and pricing, based on activity analysis. • Supervise civil works and ensure comp...
