Civil Electrical Leading Hand

We are currently seeking an experienced Civil Electrical Leading Hand to join a well-established contractor delivering a range of civil and electrical infrastructure projects across the Gold Coast region.

This is a hands-on leadership role working closely with site crews to deliver safe, high-quality electrical installation works across civil construction projects. You will be responsible for coordinating daily site activities, supporting trades, and ensuring work is completed efficiently and to specification.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading and supervising civil electrical crews on site
• Coordinating daily site activities and workflow
• Reading and interpreting plans and drawings
• Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
• Assisting with installation of underground and overhead electrical infrastructure
• Liaising with supervisors, engineers + other trades
