About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and reliable 2IC (Second-in-Charge) to support our Team Leaders in the delivery of civil infrastructure projects. This is more than a hands-on role; you will be a key driver of site safety, crew productivity, and technical accuracy.

• Acting as 2IC for the Team Leader, directing crew activities, and ensuring project milestones are met.
• Interpreting site plans and drawings for the installation of electrical conduits, pits & footings.
