City Manager - East Indonesia

About the Job

As a city manager, you'll take ownership of Xiaomi's business in your assigned city. This role is about more than achieving sales targets. This position will be responsible for growing the local business by working closely with distributors, dealers, and retail partners, leading the local team, and turning market insights into business results.

You'll spend time in the market, understand what drives performance, identify new opportunities, and make sure every channel is moving toward the same goal.

• Drive sales performance and achieve business targets across your assigned city.
• Develop distributor partnerships and expand offline retail channels.
• Lead, coach, and manage the local sales team to deliver strong execution.
• Analyze market performance and implement action plans to grow the business.
