Citrix Netscaler Support Analyst

Responsibilities:
1) Operate Citrix NetScaler/ADC load balancing: VIPs, services, health monitors.
2) Onboard applications to ADC using standard patterns; validate persistence and health.
3) Manage SSL offload, cipher suites, and certificate bindings; verify post change.
4) Monitor appliance/HA health and throughput; respond to threshold breaches.
5) Keep configuration backups and golden templates current for rapid recovery.
6) Validate HA failover behavior during maintenance windows.
7) Coordinate with WAF/CDN/Proxy teams on fronting and routing changes.
8) Assist in migration activities tied to Citrix platform or contract changes.
9) Track firmware advisories; schedule and verify upgrades.
10) Produce service availability, incident, and change KPIs weekly.
11) Maintain application/service maps and dependency documentation.
12) Troubleshoot load balancing issues (persistence, SSL handshake, health probe failures).
