• Installations and configuration of Cisco Unified Communications manager 9.X,10.X .11.X 12.X
• Installations and configuration of Cisco Call Manager Express
• Deployment and Maintenance of Cisco IP Phones (6921,7960, 7941,7975,7980,7912,9951).
• Configuration of IP soft phone, Cisco IP Communicator.
