General Purpose
The CIP Operator is responsible for the cleaning, sanitizing, testing, and operation of processing equipment and tanker receiving systems to ensure compliance with company, state, and federal regulations.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
**Available to work 3rd Shift 9:30 PM - 6:00 AM TUE - FRI, 6:00PM - 2:30AM SAT, OFF SUN & MON**
+ Perform Clean-in-Place (CIP) operations on tankers, HTST processors, separators, and related processing equipment according to established sanitation procedures.
+ Receive incoming milk and ingredient tankers while following all company, state, and federal regulatory requirements.
+ Safely climb tankers, collect samples, connect and disconnect hoses, and perform tanker unloading operations.
+ Conduct required quality and regulatory testing on incoming tankers and accurately record results.
