**What you’ll do:**

The incumbent will provide leadership to optimize, standardize and deploy Eaton Continuous Improvement System (ECIS) and its strategy, principles and practices in Taipei site. Lead and facilitate CI projects, EBS Strategy Deployment, OpA activities, and deploy ECIS through tactical activities and facilitation of kaizen events in major departments and areas.
