Job Description:

**Your new role:**

+ Drive the TEOA Business System and guide the organization towards achieving Benckmark and Excellence in all areas
+ Support the Lighthouse sites with their 18 months engagement roadmap journey to deploy TEOA
+ Run Kaizen events and large VSM workshops on site cross functional and cross regional
+ Bring a seasoned outside-in view and regularly assess the management system
+ Develop a Processes & Excellence framework to bring more sites on Light House Initiatives /Journey
+ Ensure thorough stakeholder management by regularly interacting with Sales, Operations/Supply Chain, Continuous Improvement, Finance, PM and other pertinent functions
