- Process Transfer: Oversee and coordinate the transfer of new or existing processes to different manufacturing sites or production lines.
- Documentation: Make the process documentation such as SOPs and work instructions.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with quality standards during the tech transfer process and work to resolve quality-related issues.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues that arise during production start-up and ensure smooth process integration.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with RD, engineering, and production teams to understand and implement process requirements.
- Training: Provide training to manufacturing staff on new processes, equipment, or quality requirements as part of the transfer.
- Process Optimization: Identify tools for improvement within the production process to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
