**Job Description**
**General Purpose**

Operate churns in efficient and sanitary measure to provide product for the fillers as needed.

**Job Duties and Responsibilities**

+ Operate and monitor three butter churns to ensure efficient and consistent production
+ Assist with butter packaging, box assembly and stacking operations
+ Maintain accurate production reports and documentation
+ Perform quality control procedures, including testing and adjusting butterfat, moisture, and salt levels
+ Provide relief support in packaging and stacking areas to maintain continuous production flow.
+ Assist in the clean-up of all butter production equipment as well as other cleaning duties, when necessary. This includes cleaning and sanitizing of all plant equipment and maintaining housekeeping in the plant as well as all other duties as assigned by the Production Supervisor necessary for a safe, sanitary, and efficient operation
