Job Description

The Senior Resourcing Business Partner, will apply their sourcing and recruitment expertise to identify, attract, assess and hire exceptional talent for Chubb Life within the Hong Kong market, as well as some additional roles across Asia Pacific in a cost-effective way. You will provide guidance and knowledge and will work with key senior stakeholders across Chubb to continuously improve our recruitment practices. 
This role is based in Hong Kong and reports to the Talent Acquisition Lead, HK & Taiwan
Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition Strategies
Formulate and execute tailored recruitment strategies for each role as they become available, incorporating proactive talent mapping, pipelining, and sourcing techniques to adopt a forward-thinking approach to recruitment that extends beyond immediate demands.
