Chronic Wound Care Nurse

We are seeking a Band 6 Wound Care Nurse to join the TVN team. The role involves delivering safe, research‑based, holistic care to people with chronic or complex wounds, in clinic or the patient’s home.

You will coordinate and manage clinics for chronic wounds and leg ulcers, provide training to staff across the Trust, care homes and social care, liaise with hospital specialist staff to ensure safe and timely referral, and work collaboratively with the wider multidisciplinary team. You will also manage a caseload and be able to deputise for the Band 7 TVN.
