As part of the Diabetes Wellness Program, you will report to the Clinical Lead Supervisor. Your role involves guiding patients through effective management techniques, whether in personal sessions or group discussions, ensuring that care is adaptable to their needs.
Key Responsibilities:

• Support patients under Clinical Lead supervision
