Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of advisory and dealing professionals.

• Build a strong team through referrals and internal hiring, fostering a culture of collaboration

and high performance.

• Execute trades on behalf of clients, aligning with their investment strategies and

preferences.

• Provide expert advisory services, emphasizing Assets Under Management (AUM) product

penetration to enhance client portfolios.

• Actively promote and cross-sell third-party investment products, including Insurance, Mutual

Funds (MF), PMS, SIP, AIF, ...
