Chinese Operator – System Operator

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor BPMS and internal system processes.
• Support the Operations team in handling system requests, approvals, and follow-ups.
• Track workflow progress and ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Maintain and update system data accurately.
• Assist in resolving system-related issues and provide user support.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Perform other tasks assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any major.
• Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented and responsible.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Experience in administrative, operational, or system support roles is a plus.
