Children's Support Worker

About the Role

Active Care in the Home is expanding our client base. We’re looking to recruit a brand-new team of Support Workers to care for our brand-new young client in Llanrug. Our client is a 17 year old teenage girl who lives at home with her family. She has complex health needs including wheelchair user, non‑verbal, PEG fed and epilepsy. You will be supporting her on a 1:1 basis. We will provide full specialist training.

Due to the rural location of the client’s home, you will need to be a driver with a car.

Shifts available

• Day shifts
• Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays (8am‑6pm)
• Saturdays (8am‑4pm)
• We are looking to recruit two support workers to work 2 shifts a week each, plus cover for other shifts when other support worker is off
