Children’s Support Worker (Residential Children’s Home) — Near Aberdare (CF44). Pay: £14.24 – £28.48 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay). Shifts: 08:00–22:00 or 13:00–22:00. Type: Temporary / agency shifts. Driver required: Yes (UK licence).

About the role

Vetro Social Care is recruiting Children’s Support Workers to support young people in a residential children’s service. You’ll work as part of a staff team (including 2:1 support where required), helping to create a safe, structured and nurturing environment.

The home

• Registered to support up to 4 young people
• Located approximately 6 miles from Aberdare
• 6 bedrooms total: 4 for young people and 2 for staff (including 1 en-suite)
• 1 bathroom and 1 shower room for young people
• Comfortable communal spaces including a lounge
• Kitchen/diner
• Extensive grounds
