Team Manager – Children and Families Safeguarding

We are looking for a Team Manager to join a Children and Families Safeguarding team.

This role requires a Social Work Qualification with a minimum of 3 years post qualified experience.

About the team

The team works in partnership with children and their families to understand the support that they need to live safely and happily. This role does not have any line management responsibility but does require an ability to work as part of a QA team, work with Social Care teams and also autonomously, demonstrating an ability to use initiative and experience to deliver a positive Quality Assurance system.

About you
