Do you enjoy working withchildren and young people and want to make a meaningful impact? We’re looking for aChildren’s Home Support Worker to join our modern, well-equipped residential home inOdiham .

Our home provides care and support for up to four children up to the age of 17. The aim of the home is to accommodate children at the younger end of the spectrum, particularly those under the age of 12. Using ourPillars of Parenting model of care, we focus on each child’s individual strengths to help them grow, thrive, and achieve positive outcomes. With the support of Hampshire County Council’s trauma-informed therapeutic framework, we aim to reunite children with their families or prepare them for independent living.
