Job Description

What is the job role?
As a manager, you will:
Support your team with training, supervision, and professional development
Through safer recruitment practices, appoint new carers and assess their performance
Understand the needs of children, which may involve different complexities and children with disabilities
Ensure that the voice of the child is heard and respected in service delivery
Adhere to and implement the relevant policies, procedures, and legislation
Participate in the development and improvement of the service
Undertake relevant training and qualifications as required
