Job Details

• Work with RI to safely manage a children's residential care home
• Hold OFSTED registration for the children's home
• Manage the residential service, offering expert support to young people with EBD
• Recruit, manage and develop staff team in partnership with the HR team
• Supervise residential staff including Deputies, Team Leaders and Support Workers
• Ensure the service meets OFSTED standards
• Collaborate with Senior Management Team to align service with company policies and procedures
• Oversee quality assurance
• Manage budget
• Work full‑time Monday to Friday, with on‑call duties as required
• Operate within a national organisation specialising in OFSTED‑regulated support services, offering development and career progression opportunities

Salary

Up to £60,000 + bonuses
