Registered Manager – Children’s Home (7‑Bed Service)

Location: West Yorkshire

This role creates a safe, nurturing and stable environment for both young people and staff. The home supports young people with social, emotional and mental health needs, using a truly holistic approach that considers every aspect of a child’s development. An integrated clinical team – psychologists, occupational therapists and other specialists – works to deliver positive, long‑term outcomes and give young people the opportunity to thrive.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the day‑to‑day running of the home, ensuring high standards of care, compliance and leadership.
• Manage Ofsted requirements, enabling young people to regain a sense of childhood and build pathways toward confident, independent adulthood.
• Be involved in new referrals, ensuring a high‑quality home within a leading specialist education and care provider in the UK.
