Personnel management to include hiring, training, scheduling. Oversee the day-to-day management of the facilities, both indoor and outdoor including maintenance and repair by staff or other LMRC departments. Responsible for overall cleanliness and presentation of the facility (signage, appearance, etc). Responsible for product development and merchandising as it pertains to the department.
